Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for a data-savvy professional with a passion for driving performance through digital marketing. If you have proven expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and LinkedIn, and are eager to run impactful, growth-oriented campaigns, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop sustainable yet aggressive growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
Plan, execute, and manage paid performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta (Instagram and Facebook), Snapchat and TikTok.
Measure, track, and optimize campaign performance to improve cost efficiency and acquisition effectiveness.
Determine and track return on investment (ROI) across various paid marketing initiatives.
Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to tailor messaging and offers to relevant customer segments.
Run strategic campaigns and experiments--both tactical and long-term--across paid and unpaid media to uncover key business insights and opportunities.
Implement A/B testing and experimentation to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
Identify and refine growth channels to drive scalable user and revenue growth.
Provide input and expertise to enhance the impact of broader marketing efforts, including content development and advertising strategies.
Collaborate closely with product teams to communicate customer insights gained from paid media efforts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in performance-driven digital marketing, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other major platforms.
Strong analytical skills with a track record of optimizing campaigns based on KPIs, ROI, and other performance metrics.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop and execute compelling ideas for campaigns and customer journeys.
A data-driven approach to marketing, with a deep understanding of how to translate insights into results.
Solid understanding of paid media strategy and execution, from planning to optimization.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present campaign results and insights.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
