of companies headquarter based in UAE. We are seeking a highly experienced Real Estate - Off -plan Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for assisting clients with their property needs, conducting market research, and managing property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions Schedule and conduct property viewings Stay updated on market trends, new projects, and competitors Match client requirements with properties accurately Assist in buying, selling, residential, and commercial property deals Ensure all paperwork, contracts, and legal documentation are complete and compliant

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real estate (Off-Plan) with closing experience Strong knowledge of Dubai property laws, regulations, and market trends Exceptional communication, negotiation, and sales skills Proficient in real estate software and online marketing platforms Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
