Job Description

Administrative and Organizational Tasks:

1. Organizing Files and Contracts:

Maintain lease, sale, and purchase agreements.

Organize files for landlords and tenants.

2. Scheduling Appointments:

Coordinate property viewing appointments between clients and agents.

Arrange internal meetings.

3. Preparing Reports:

Generate periodic reports on deals, commissions, available units, etc.

4. Payment Follow-ups:

Track rent payments and booking deposits.

Send reminders to clients and tenants.

Customer Service and Communication:

1. Answering Calls and Inquiries:

Respond to phone calls and emails.

Provide initial information about available properties.

2. Client and Visitor Reception:

Welcome clients visiting the office.

Handle complaints and service requests.

Real Estate Support:

1. Posting Real Estate Listings:

Update property listings on real estate websites and social media.

Prepare property descriptions and upload images.

2. Property Status Follow-up:

Ensure properties are ready for viewings.

Coordinate with property owners to update prices or availability.

Technical and Digital Tasks:

1. Data Entry on CRM Systems:

Keep client and property information up to date.

Track progress of ongoing deals.

2. Coordination with Marketing Department:

Assist in real estate marketing campaigns.

Send newsletters and promotional emails.
