Sleek Properties LLC welcome applications for a well organised and detail orientated individual to join their sales administration team and to ensure the smooth running of day to day admin within the business.

The ideal candidate will posses the following:

Minimum 1 year Real Estate Administrative experience. Excellent verbal and written English. Must be knowledgeable with Dubai Land Department Oqood Portal for registration of properties. Maintain and update real estate listings on various platforms and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Organize and maintain paper and electronic files and records, including client information, contracts, and agreements. Manage all aspects of real estate administrative tasks, including documentation, record-keeping, and file management. Coordinate property listings, prepare contracts, and assist in property marketing activities. Draft MOU, Tenancy contracts and Agent to Agent agreement. Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes. Conduct research and analysis on property market trends, pricing, and competitor activities. Handle inquiries from clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process. Assist in organizing and scheduling property viewings, inspections, and meetings. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies for property promotion and sales. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Real Estate Admin or similar role knowledge of RERA rules and regulations, including Trakheesi. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, coupled with proficiency in MS Office suite and real estate software (e.g., CRM systems). Knowledge of real estate procedures, guidelines, and laws Ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members Customer-focused with a professional and friendly demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team Diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in real estate is a plus
