Job requirements Listing and marketing properties for sale or rent on various portals Advise prospective clients on market conditions, values and property legislation. Qualifying potential buyers Setting appointments and attending viewings and following up on leads Negotiating offers and contract negotiation Maintain regular contact with all clients Provide guidance and assist buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
