proactive Listing Coordinator

to manage our online property listings, support agents with updates and documentation, and ensure all listings meet the highest standards for accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update all property listings across major real estate portals such as

Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle

, and others. Create new listings for both

sales and rental properties

, ensuring all details, descriptions, and media are accurate and compliant with portal standards. Review, refresh, and optimize older listings to maintain quality, visibility, and performance. Coordinate with agents to collect property details, photos, and required documents for listing uploads. Maintain organized

listing folders and trackers

to ensure all property information is up to date. Monitor agent performance and ensure all agents maintain

Super Agent

status on property portals. Handle any listing disputes or updates by coordinating directly with portal support teams. Track portal

credits and usage

, and inform management ahead of renewals or expirations. Communicate with management and agents regularly to ensure smooth listing operations and timely updates.

Requirements

Minimum

1-2 years of experience

in

real estate listings

Solid understanding of

UAE property portals

(Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.). Strong

attention to detail

, organization, and time management skills. Excellent

written and verbal communication skills

. Fluent in

English
