Nova Vision Real Estate is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Listing Coordinator / Receptionist
to support our team with front-desk duties and real estate listing management. The ideal candidate will be organized, resourceful, and have a strong understanding of real estate platforms, while also being the friendly and professional first point of contact for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update property listings on real estate platforms such as Property Finder and Bayut.
Ensure all listing details are accurate, timely, and visually appealing.
Coordinate with agents to collect required property information and documentation.
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, manage emails, and handle front-desk inquiries.
Perform data entry tasks efficiently and maintain an organized filing system.
Support office operations and provide administrative assistance as needed.
Qualifications:
Preferably residing in Abu Dhabi (near Madinat Zayed)
Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks accurately and on time.
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Resourceful and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Familiar with real estate platforms, especially Property Finder and Bayut.
Pleasing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Salary:
To be discussed during the interview.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
