Responsibilities:
Sell freehold and off-plan residential and commercial properties from top developers
Help investors and end-users with the full buying process
Explain property features, prices, payment plans, and return on investment (ROI)
Meet clients in person, conduct site visits, and give online property presentations
Find new leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms
Stay updated about the market and new projects
Prepare and check sales agreements, offers, and contracts
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and developers
Requirements:
At least 2 years of sales experience in the market
(real estate is a plus)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Good English speaking and writing skills (other languages are a plus)
Strong attitude, charisma, and team-player mindset
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
Basic knowledge of the property market in
Ras Al Khaimah
and investment trends
Professional look and friendly personality
Valid driver's license and own car

50% commission on all closed deals
