Job Description

As legal counsel, you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing all legal documents as well as providing the organisation with legal support in real estate-related matters.

- Draft and review all commercial contracts including service agreements, event contracts, and licenses
- Draft and review commercial and residential lease agreements
- liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare board resolutions on matter requiring board approval
- Liaise with external counsel, including on litigation matters
