Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins.
Conduct property tours and present available units to prospective tenants.
Explain lease terms, rental rates, and property policies clearly to clients.
Process rental applications, verify tenant references, and prepare lease agreements.
Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, occupancy rates, and tenant communications.
Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring all documentation is completed.
Support marketing efforts by promoting available units through advertising and social media.
Handle tenant concerns and liaise with the property management team to resolve issues.
Assist with rent collection and follow-up on late payments as required.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor properties, and local rental laws.
Proven experience as a Leasing Agent, Sales Executive, or similar role.
Qualification & Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
Knowledge of local real estate laws and leasing procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
