Probation: 2 Months (Visa provided after probation)

About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven Real Estate Lead Generator to join our Dubai team. This role is focused on generating high-quality property leads through digital advertisements, campaigns, and marketing funnels. You will manage and optimize paid campaigns while ensuring a steady flow of verified leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and optimize paid lead generation campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Design and execute lead funnels to capture and qualify prospects. Monitor campaign performance and ensure cost-effective cost per lead (CPL). Work closely with the Content Creator to align ad creatives with campaigns. Manage lead forms, landing pages, and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.). Provide weekly reports on lead volume, quality, and conversion rates. Identify new digital marketing trends and adapt strategies for maximum ROI.
Requirements

1-2 years of experience in digital marketing / lead generation (real estate preferred). Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns. Knowledge of lead tracking tools (CRM systems, analytics, pixels). Strong analytical skills with ability to manage ad budgets and optimize ROI. Proactive, independent, and able to deliver measurable results.
