An established real estate company in Dubai is looking for flexible, hardworking and dedicated LEAD COORDINATOR who can join immediately. Job Roles: Provide exceptional customer service to prospective home buyers and sellers, and to independent contractor sales associates. Do cold callings for specific area/location as per agents/management's requirements Report all complaints/concerns/issues affecting customer satisfaction Respond to online property inquiries from customers visiting various online portals Effectively manage lead volume according to a complex set of standard operating procedures. Effectively utilize proprietary Customer Service Management(CRM) software applications Explain benefits of working with a real estate professional to inbound and outbound customer calls Effectively communicate with and respond to sales associates and branch managers regarding lead questions Quickly re-direct non-sales opportunities to appropriate departments Regularly monitor lead queues and use decision making abilities to take appropriate action Field customer service related calls from additional lines of business Remains current on company and industry changes Works closely with manager for issue resolution Requirements: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Fluent in both English language, Arabic is an added advantage Experience using call management / good telephone manners Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced high volume environment Outstanding organizational skills Personal commitment to excellence High degree of competence in learning new software programs.
