We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a
Real Estate Landlord Specialist.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service through various channels such as phone, email, live chat, or in person. You'll help resolve issues, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently and effectively
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies
Document interactions and follow up on customer interactions where necessary
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
Meet performance goals related to customer satisfaction, response time, and quality
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and training
Suggest improvements to customer service processes
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
Comfortable using computers, customer service software, and phone systems
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
