About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Real Estate Investment Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for someone with deep market insight, financial acumen, and a passion for identifying high-yield property opportunities across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze market trends, financial data, and investment risks to identify profitable real estate opportunities Develop investment strategies tailored to client portfolios and risk profiles Build and maintain relationships with developers, institutional investors, and high-net-worth individuals Conduct due diligence on properties, including valuation, legal review, and feasibility studies Prepare investment proposals, financial models, and ROI projections Monitor portfolio performance and recommend adjustments to maximize returns Stay informed on regulatory changes, tax implications, and emerging market dynamics
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field; CFA or MBA is a plus Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate investment or asset management Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi's property market and investment landscape Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and investment analysis tools Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage UAE driving license preferred
