Job Description

Driven Properties is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our growing investment advisory division. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of real estate markets and a passion for guiding high-net-worth clients through complex investment decisions. As a key member of our team, you will help shape and deliver high-yield investment strategies across Dubai and key international markets, working closely with investors, developers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert investment advice to clients, helping them identify and acquire high-yield real estate assets in Dubai and international markets. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for potential real estate investments. Develop tailored investment strategies based on client objectives, risk tolerance, and market conditions. Keep up to date with local and global real estate market trends, economic indicators, and investment opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and industry stakeholders to source exclusive opportunities. Prepare and present investment proposals, reports, and financial models to clients and senior management. Conduct in-depth investment report writing, providing insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis. Collaborate with internal teams, including research, sales, and marketing, to support the investment advisory function. Monitor portfolio performance and advise clients on asset management strategies to maximize returns.

Requirements

+ - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or CFA/CAIA certification is a plus. - Minimum of

2-3 years of experience

in real estate investment advisory, asset management, or financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of real estate financial modeling, investment structuring, and valuation techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and international investment trends.
- Proven track record of working with HNWIs and institutional investors.
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools, Excel, and CRM systems.
