The Videographer is responsible for capturing high-quality video content that visually represents the brand, properties, and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Film property walkthroughs, drone shots, and lifestyle footage
Set up and manage cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
Plan shots, angles, and scenes according to the brief
Work closely with the marketing team to match brand vision
Ensure high-quality raw footage for editing
Cover events, launches, and promotional shoots when required
Skills Required:
Strong camera and shooting skills
Knowledge of lighting and composition
Experience with real estate or commercial videography (preferred)
Drone license is a plus
Graphic Designer -
Role Summary:
The Graphic Designer creates visually appealing designs that communicate the brand message across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design marketing materials (brochures, flyers, posters)
Create social media posts, ads, and branding visuals
Develop layouts for presentations and property listings
Maintain brand consistency across all designs
Edit images and prepare visuals for digital and print use
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams
Skills Required:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Strong creativity and attention to detail
Understanding of branding and visual identity
Experience in real estate marketing is an advantage
