Job Overview

We're seeking a

creative and versatile Graphic Designer & Video Editor

to join our in-house marketing team in

Abu Dhabi

. The ideal candidate must have a strong visual aesthetic and the technical ability to produce high-quality graphics and engaging video content tailored specifically for

real estate marketing

. Experience in the

Abu Dhabi real estate market

or UAE property sector is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

Design digital and print materials including property brochures, flyers, social media graphics, signage, and branding assets. Create layouts and visual assets that align with the agency's brand identity. Develop infographics and visual materials for client presentations and property reports. Collaborate with agents and photographers to select and enhance property images.

Video Editing

Edit and produce compelling property walkthrough videos, promotional reels, and lifestyle content. Add voiceovers, subtitles, transitions, and motion graphics to create polished video outputs. Optimize video content for social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Work with the marketing team to storyboard and plan video campaigns.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Media Production, Visual Arts, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, with proven experience in real estate marketing (preferably in Abu Dhabi or UAE).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus. A strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work, especially property-related projects.

Key Skills

Creative thinking with strong visual storytelling abilities. Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines. Understanding of

real estate trends

and effective visual marketing strategies. Familiarity with content creation for social media and digital platforms. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced real estate environment.
