You will run end-to-end operations of a Sharjah-based rental portfolio (residential & light commercial), owning leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, finance/reporting, vendor management and growth strategy. You'll lead a small team and be the main contact for landlords and high-value tenants.
Must-have
7+ years in property / asset / portfolio management (minimum 3 years in senior/management role).
Direct UAE experience -- ideally Sharjah or nearby emirates -- with knowledge of tenancy law and local market portals.
Strong financial skills: budgeting, P&L, lease negotiations.
People management experience and vendor contracting.
Excellent English; Arabic a strong advantage.
Track record of raising occupancy / improving collections / reducing costs.
Nice-to-have
Experience with property management software (Yardi, Rentman, PropSpace, AlOto or similar).
Network of contractors and landlords in Sharjah.
Commercial real estate and small development experience.
