Overview
#
Carry out mandatory diagnostics (Like Condition, gas, electricity, etc.) in compliance with current standards,
Intervene upstream of works or renovations, particularly on the scale of entire buildings, as part of survey operations,
Write reports and transmit results to clients within the given timeframes,
Advise clients on their regulatory obligations and technical recommendations,
Ensure your certifications are up to date and your equipment is properly managed.

Job Requirements
Driving license - essential
Knowledge of construction, ideally acquired through BTS level training and experience in the sector,
Previous experience in real estate diagnostics is appreciated.
