Job Description
WE ARE HIRING JOIN OUR PROFESSIONAL TEAM AS A REAL ESTATE - SALES MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
- Highly experienced with a proven track record.
- Well-trained and experienced sales agent team (min 5-10 agents) who can join immediately.
- Monthly sales targets for both the team and the manager.
- Good inventory of properties directly from owners.
- Direct clients and owners database.
- Attractive salary for the manager, including commission.
- Basic salary or commission for experienced sales agents.
- Employment visa based on closing the 1st deal or work performance.
- Back-office support: admin, tele-sales, marketing, property listing platforms, CRM, mobile sim, laptop, client database, etc.
- Transportation facility for the manager\'s team for viewings/events.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
