We are looking to hire a Accountant with 2 years of UAE experienced Real Estate accountant background to join our company. In this role, you\'ll be responsible for managing the accounts of various construction projects by creating detailed budgets, evaluating production costs, and verifying invoice statements. Ultimately, a top-notch construction accountant is an analytical and detail-oriented individual with a high level of financial accuracy. Responsibilities include:

Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
UAE Real Estate Accounting: 2 years Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
- Handle all accounts payable and receivable daily to make sure each invoice and expense report is accurate.
- Prepare accurate, timely financial statements for the company, related entities and clients in accordance with the established schedule.
- Manage bank accounts, PDC\'s, monthly Payroll, VAT filling.
- Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks and NetSuite.
- A bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- A certification in real estate accounting is preferred.
- Solid analytical and mathematical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
