Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform duties such as review property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients for property viewing, negotiate terms and conditions, draft tenancy contracts
- Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation and meetings with clients and providing them the utmost customer service.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Valid UAE driving license with own car
- A go-getter and target oriented
- Energetic, self motivated, and able to work independently under pressure
- Must have a passion for property / real estate and possess excellent customer service
- Planning and organizing skills
- Real Estate: 1 year (Required)
