We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Development Manager to lead and manage high-profile real estate projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in real estate development, construction project management, and client representation. This role requires strategic oversight, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate a wide range of stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management and Oversight

Lead the full project lifecycle, overseeing consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Stakeholder Coordination

Serve as the primary point of contact among all project stakeholders, aligning team efforts to meet the client's vision and objectives.

Quality Control and Monitoring

Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, verify quality of workmanship, and ensure adherence to specifications and timelines.

Financial and Administrative Oversight

Manage project financials, including handling tender queries, issuing notices related to payments, tracking budgets, and overseeing relevant administrative processes.

Client Representation and Expertise

Act as the client's representative throughout the development process, ensuring their interests are protected. Must be highly skilled in construction project delivery, including design-and-build contracts, and capable of maintaining an objective and professional stance at all times.

Client Engagement

Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide strategic guidance, and address inquiries or concerns during the development, buying, or selling process.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in real estate development and construction project management Proven experience acting as a Client Representative in real estate or development projects Strong understanding of construction methods, design and build contracts, and real estate transactions Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Relevant degree in Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or Construction Management preferred
