About the Role
ALPHA STAR PROPERTIES is expanding and looking for motivated and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our Dubai sales team. This role is ideal for agents who want high-quality, pre-qualified leads and 50%+ commission on every closed deal.
We bring you clients you focus on closing.
Key Responsibilities
Handle pre-scheduled ZOOM meetings with hot leads provided by the company.
Contact and follow up with interested buyers and investors.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Conduct virtual or on-site viewings when needed.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations using company-provided scripts.
Negotiate terms and close deals in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate updates in CRM.
Ensure smooth coordination with clients until contract signing.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai (off-plan or secondary market).
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Ability to manage leads and close deals independently.
Must understand Dubai real estate market trends.
Professional, self-driven, and target-oriented.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic/Russian is a plus.
Must have a valid UAE residency or ability to work in Dubai.
