Content Creator & Videographer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in producing high-quality written and visual content, have strong on-camera presence, and contribute fresh ideas to elevate our brand.

Content Creator Responsibilities

Research industry-related topics to generate compelling and informative content. Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms. Create and distribute marketing copy to promote the company and its property listings. Edit and proofread all written materials before publication. Perform keyword research and apply SEO best practices to optimize content. Publish and promote content across social media platforms and monitor engagement. Identify customer needs and propose new content topics. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop appealing visuals for articles. Analyze content performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate). Update and maintain company websites as needed. Present confidently on camera for various content formats.

Videographer / Photographer Responsibilities

Capture high-quality video and photo content on-site and . Ensure all equipment is prepared, functional, and properly set up. Plan shoots in coordination with the creative team and stakeholders. Direct additional camera operators and manage shoot logistics as needed. Edit footage and photos with professional post-production software. Maintain consistency in visual style and brand identity across all media.

Requirements & Skills

Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or similar role. Real estate industry experience is preferred. Strong on-camera presence and confidence. Portfolio of previous work (if available). Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS). Excellent writing and editing skills in English. Strong fact-checking, research, and storytelling abilities. Solid time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks. High computer literacy and proficiency with editing software. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work long hours when required and handle physically demanding tasks. Proficiency with professional camera equipment.
