We are seeking motivated and ambitious Real Estate Consultants with a passion for Dubai's vibrant off-plan property market. Candidates who are fluent in Spanish or Italian are highly encouraged to apply
As part of the FLX Property team, you will have access to qualified leads, full marketing support, exclusive project launches, flexible office timings, and the tools needed to maximize your success.
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell off-plan properties across Dubai's leading developers (Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha, Nakheel, etc.)
Build and maintain strong relationships with international and local clients.
Actively follow up with leads provided by the company and generate your own opportunities.
Guide clients throughout the full sales process -- from inquiry to closing.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, pricing, trends, and regulations.
Represent FLX Property at client meetings, property viewings, and developer events.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales (off-plan experience is highly preferred).
Fluency in Spanish and/or Italian is preferred; English proficiency is mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
RERA certification is an advantage (or willingness to obtain it).
Valid UAE driving license and own car is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
