to specialize in

off-plan property sales

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell

off-plan properties

from leading developers across Dubai Assist investors and end-users in identifying lucrative project opportunities Build relationships with clients and offer tailored property solutions Conduct project presentations, site visits, and investment consultations Stay updated on new launches, payment plans, and developer incentives Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Represent the company professionally at property exhibitions and events

Candidate Requirements:

6 months to 1 year of

off-plan or real estate sales experience

in Dubai preferred Knowledge of major developers (Emaar, Damac, Sobha, Nakheel, etc.) is an advantage Excellent sales, communication, and closing skills Must be currently based in the UAE RERA certification is a plus Energetic, presentable, and passionate about real estate Familiar with CRM systems and online property portals

What We Offer:

Basic Salary: AED 3,000 - AED 5,000/month
