Responsibilities:

Calling prospective or prevailing clients. Responsive to queries about the company and services we offer. Probing customer requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in the real estate industry. Negotiating deals and closing sales. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company's properties and services
Requirements:

Experience in Sales is preferred. Strong understanding of the sales and its trends Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Fluent in English, ability to speak other languages are a bonus Creative thinking skills. The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation. Good sales ability. Working knowledge of relevant computer software. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
