Off-Plan Real Estate Agents
to join our high-performing sales team. Work with top developers, exclusive projects, and earn
big commissions
by selling Dubai's most in-demand off-plan properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell
off-plan residential and commercial properties
from leading developers (Emaar, Damac, Sobha, Nakheel, etc.)
Generate leads and follow up with potential buyers via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and property portals
Conduct property presentations, virtual tours, and site visits
Maintain a deep understanding of new launches, payment plans, and developer offers
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
Build long-term relationships with clients and investors
Maintain CRM data and client records accurately
Job Requirements:
Minimum
6 months to 1 year experience
in Dubai real estate (off-plan preferred)
Strong communication and sales skills
Knowledge of Dubai's top developers and their current projects
Familiarity with property portals like Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder
Must be currently residing in the UAE
RERA Certification
is a plus
Highly motivated, target-driven, and presentable
What We Offer:
Basic Salary:
AED 3,000 - AED 5,000/month
(based on experience)
