We are seeking a confident, driven, and customer-focused

Female Sales Executive

to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have at least

2 years of experience

in property sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. She will be responsible for presenting properties, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified buyers and sellers. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings. Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options. Negotiate and close deals effectively to achieve sales targets. Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, prices, and competitors. Prepare sales documents, agreements, and follow-up reports. Promote properties through online/offline channels and social networks. Coordinate with the marketing and admin teams for listings and promotional activities. Deliver excellent customer service to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in real estate sales (residential or commercial). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented. Good understanding of real estate market trends and regulations. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Valid driving license (optional).

Preferred Attributes:

Strong network of potential buyers/sellers. Ability to handle high-pressure sales environments. Experience in property exhibitions, open houses, and client events.
