Job Title:Real Estate Compliance Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Compliance Manager to ensure full regulatory compliance across our operations and protect the company from legal risks, fines, or sanctions from authorities or developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure company compliance with all real estate regulations and laws (DMT, ADREC, developers, and federal/local authorities). Maintain updated knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements specific to the Abu Dhabi real estate market. Liaise with government authorities and developers regarding inspections, registrations, licensing, and compliance reporting. Ensure all advertising, listings, and agent activities are compliant with legal and ethical standards. Maintain and renew company trade licenses, brokerage approvals, agent permits, and broker cards. Lead internal audits and develop compliance controls to prevent regulatory violations. Train and guide staff on compliance procedures, legal obligations, and code of conduct. Report directly to executive leadership with compliance reports and recommendations.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field (Legal or Compliance qualifications are preferred). Minimum 3-5 years' experience in compliance, preferably in the UAE real estate sector. Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate laws, DMT, and ADREC regulations. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Experience dealing with government portals such as TAMM and DARI.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
