We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Real Estate Broker
to join our growing team. As a broker, you will be responsible for leading real estate transactions from start to finish, managing client relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, knowledgeable about the local market, and passionate about helping clients find the right property or buyer.
Responsibilities:
List, market, and sell residential or commercial properties
Represent buyers and sellers during real estate transactions
Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements
Generate leads and build a strong client base through networking and referrals
Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal requirements
Collaborate with mortgage lenders, attorneys, and inspectors
Stay current with market trends, laws, and best practices
Requirements:
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strong understanding of real estate contracts and regulations
Self-motivated with a high level of professionalism
Ability to use real estate CRMs, MLS, and digital tools
