We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager for Real Estate Brokerage to manage the operations and lead the dynamic team of real estate brokers. As a key member of the management team, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing property transactions, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of property sales, purchase, rentals, and development.
- Lead, mentor, hire, and train a team of brokers to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and generate leads.
- Negotiate and finalize sale, purchase, and rental agreements on behalf of clients.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to optimize business performance.
- Handle tenant inquiries, resolve disputes, and oversee collections.
- Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management.
- Bachelors degree
- At least 5-10 years of proven experience in real estate brokerage, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, particularly in Dubai.
- RERA Brokerage License is mandatory.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license.
