Job Description

WAWI Real Estate is a rapidly growing agency in Dubai, specializing in residential and commercial property sales and rentals. We're currently hiring Real Estate Brokers with a passion for villas and townhouses to join our dynamic team.

Your Responsibilities:



- Handling sales, rentals, and off-plan transactions in the villa/townhouse segment

- Providing expert market insights and investment advice

- Working with hot leads and nurturing client relationships

- Managing CRM records and transaction documents

Requirements:



- Experience in real estate sales or rentals (Dubai market preferred)

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Knowledge of the premium residential segment

- CRM and documentation proficiency

- Driven, goal-oriented, and team player
