The Real Estate Advisor is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties. This role requires excellent market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a client-focused approach to achieve sales targets and build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in the purchase, sale, or rental of properties.
Provide clients with advice on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
Generate leads and follow up with prospects through various channels including calls, emails, and property portals.
Schedule and conduct property viewings with potential clients.
Negotiate offers and close deals in alignment with client needs and company policies.
Stay up-to-date with property market trends, laws, and best practices.
Maintain and update client databases and property listings.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and property management teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Attend networking events, property exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing .
Strong knowledge of the real estate market in Abu Dhabi.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
