Promote and sell residential and commercial properties developed by the company.
Provide property investment advice to clients and maintain a high level of customer service.
Handle inquiries from walk-in clients, online leads, and referrals.
Conduct property tours and provide detailed information to potential buyers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor offerings.
Attend training, meetings, and exhibitions on behalf of the company.
Requirements:
Proven track record in real estate sales (23 years minimum).
Fluent in Arabic (verbal and written); English is an advantage.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
UAE Driving License is a plus.
RERA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Must be available for immediate joining.
