Whom are we looking for?
\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration or related field.
\xc2\xb7 Proven experience as a real estate broker (optional)
\xc2\xb7 Thorough understanding of real estate laws and regulations (optional)
\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
\xc2\xb7 Strong network of lenders, appraisers, and other real estate professionals.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What do we expect you to do?
\xc2\xb7 Analyze market trends and provide guidance to clients on the best real estate investments.
\xc2\xb7 Provide expert advice on real estate transactions.
\xc2\xb7 Negotiate purchase and sale contracts for clients.
\xc2\xb7 Manage the entire real estate transaction process, from initial offer to closing.
\xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and other real estate professionals.
\xc2\xb7 Stay up-to-date on changing real estate laws and regulations.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The position is commission-based only (up to 70% per deal for the lead generated by the broker) or basic salary plus commission (to be discussed during the interview).
