THIS IS A COMMISSION BASED JOB WHERE YOU CAN EARN AS MUCH AS YOU MAKE EFFORT. FRESH CANDIDATES ARE WELCOME TO JOIN. ALL NECESSARY TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED. We are looking for real estate brokers with or without experience for Dubai market. The ideal candidate will have experience in the field of sales and be able to provide expert advice to clients. They will be responsible for finding properties for clients, negotiating prices, and handling all the paperwork associated with a sale. The broker will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and other real estate professionals. Responsibilities:
- Source potential investment properties for clients and develop relationships with owners
- Negotiate with property owners and buyers to secure the best deal possible.
- Research market conditions and trends to become an expert in the Dubai real estate industry.
- Advise clients on all aspects of the purchase process.
- Complete sales contracts and handle all paperwork related to the sale.
- Understand the increasingly complex Dubai real estate laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Actively seek out new leads and convert them into clients.
- Fresh candidates are more than welcome. Necessary training will be provided. Proven experience as a real estate broker or property agent in Dubai market will be massive advantage.
- Basic knowledge of the Dubai property market.
- Negotiations and sales skills.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Ability to work autonomously and think creatively to find solutions.
- Understanding of current UAE laws and regulations relating to real estate.
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
