Requirements:
- Fluent in Chinese
- At least 5 years of real estate brokerage experience in Dubai
- Knowledge of UAE's political, economic, and cultural environment
- Familiarity with major developers and mainstream brokerage operations
- Own professional network and ability to build a team from scratch
