Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties
Advise clients on market trends, prices, and legal requirements
Conduct property listings, marketing, and viewings
Negotiate property sale and rental agreements
Build a strong network of clients and real estate professionals
Stay updated on market movements and upcoming projects
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of UAE Real Estate experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong sales mindset and self-motivation
High work ethic and professional presentation
Proficiency in CRM tools and real estate portals
RERA license preferred (or willingness to obtain it)
