Job Description

Our Real Estate Company is seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our team as Real Estate Agent cum Property Admin. The successful candidates will be responsible for helping clients rent and manage properties, as well as providing advice and guidance throughout the process. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Conduct property viewings and inspections. Ensure all leads and enquiries are attended to as per best customer service practices follow up with clients on a regular basis. Coordinates, facilitates, and oversees interactions with clients, tenants, landlords, brokers, and property managers. Assist clients with rent negotiations and rent contracts. Keep up-to-date with market trends and changes in regulations. Adhere to company's policy and procedure for each transaction including issuing, collecting and recording relevant documentation. Generate new leads and listing of properties. Good knowledge of English communication skills & the Arabic language is an advantage. At least 1 year of experience in real estate. Own car is a must. Strong social media skills. Posting pictures of vacant apartments on social media accounts with videos. Good knowledge of the local real estate market. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
