Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals
Provide expert advice and market insights to clients
Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals confidently
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
Stay updated on market trends and legal regulations
Requirements:
Presentable and confident
Minimum 1 year of real estate brokerage experience.
Must have Experience in hospitality Management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Good knowledge of the local real estate market
