Duties and Responsibilities

Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Advertise properties through a variety of marketing portals
Evaluate the client\xe2\x80\x99s desires and financial capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions
Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability
Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information toward a beneficial understanding
Generate and manage lists of properties for sale
Develop networks and cooperate with developers, home inspectors and other external stakeholders
Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices
