Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of buyers and investors
Advise clients on off-plan investments market opportunities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, sales teams, and channel partners
Attend developer briefings, launches, and site visits to secure project allocations, pricing insights, and incentives
Collaborate with the internal team to share market insights and maximize opportunities
Maintain accurate CRM records and structured follow-ups
Stay updated on Dubai real estate regulations, pricing trends, and market developments
Represent Royal Liwan professionally, demonstrating integrity
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience
Strong understanding of Dubai property laws, transaction processes, and market dynamics
Client-first mindset with high ethical standards
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and team-oriented
