Your Role as a LEASING SALES BROKERS
Build and manage strong relationships with
investors, property buyers, landlords, tenants, and corporate clients
Generate and close
leasing, rental, resale, and investment deals
Promote
off-plan, ready, residential, and commercial properties
Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
Guide clients with market insights and investment advice
Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to achieve targets
Requirements
? Minimum
6 months experience
in UAE real estate, leasing, sales, or business development
?
Freshers with strong communication and confidence are welcome
? Excellent
English communication
(additional languages are a strong advantage):
Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Persian, Turkish, French, Hindi, Urdu
? Strong client-handling and networking skills
? Understanding of UAE and Dubai's real estate market & investment trends
? UAE driving license is an advantage
