Responsibilities:
Handle sales and leasing of residential and commercial properties, including off-plan projects
Generate and follow up on leads
Conduct property viewings and client meetings
Negotiate and close deals successfully
Maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
Update property listings on portals and CRM systems
Requirements:
Experience in real estate brokerage (preferred)
Knowledge of secondary and off-plan market is an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Valid UAE driving license is a plus
