Golden Bricks Real Estate is looking for motivated and professional Real Estate Sales Agents to join our team. We are seeking individuals who are confident, client-focused, and knowledgeable about the Dubai real estate market.
Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
Generate and qualify leads through calls, networking, and online platforms
Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and budget
Arrange and conduct property viewings
Provide accurate property information and market insights
Negotiate terms between buyers, sellers, and tenants
Support the closing process with involved parties
Administrative & Compliance
Prepare and manage required agreements and documents
Maintain updated client and property records in the CRM
Follow company procedures and local real estate guidelines
Provide regular updates on sales activity and progress
Marketing & Market Awareness
Assist in preparing property listings and marketing materials
Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and new developments
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements
6 months to 1 year of real estate experience in the UAE
UAE Driving License
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Professional, organized, and target-driven
