Empire Infratech Real Estate is looking for an experienced Property Consultant with strong knowledge of both off-plan and secondary market properties. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, conduct property transactions, and contribute to company growth with a professional and proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to inquiries from potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
Conduct property viewings, developer briefings, and client meetings.
Promote and present off-plan projects and secondary listings to clients.
Negotiate and close deals between buyers and sellers.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Maintain and grow a personal client database using both company-provided and self-generated leads.
Ensure proper documentation and timely updates in CRM systems.
Requirements
:
5-10 years of experience as a Property Consultant in the UAE real estate market.
Strong knowledge of off-plan and secondary market transactions.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
