We specialize in property sales, leasing, and investment consultancy across leading developments in the UAE. We are currently seeking dynamic and results-driven

Real Estate Brokers

to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate should have at least

6 months of sales experience

(in real estate or any industry) and a passion for achieving success in the Dubai property market.

Responsibilities:



Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients. Negotiate and close deals effectively. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's real estate trends and market conditions. Build and maintain relationships with clients and developers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:



Minimum

6 months of sales experience

(real estate experience preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in

multiple languages

is an advantage. Presentable, confident, and motivated personality. Must be currently based in the UAE. Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:



Basic salary: AED 2,000 - 6,000 (based on experience). High commission structure. Ongoing training and professional development. Career growth opportunities within the company.
