Key Responsibilities
High-Volume Sales & Client Management:
Manage a robust pipeline of high-quality leads (provided and self-generated) and consistently exceed sales goals for both buyers and sellers.
Expert Negotiation:
Skillfully negotiate purchase agreements, counteroffers, and complex contract terms to ensure the best fiduciary outcome for clients.
Advanced Market Analysis:
Conduct sophisticated Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and provide expert counsel on pricing strategies, investment potential, and local market fluctuations.
Fiduciary Guidance:
Guide clients through the entire transaction lifecycle, from initial consultation through closing, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and exceptional experience.
Business Development:
Actively generate new business through your established network, referrals, and strategic marketing campaigns.
Compliance & Due Diligence:
Ensure all real estate activities adhere to state and local laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Vendor Network Management:
Utilize and expand a robust network of inspectors, lenders, attorneys, and contractors to facilitate smooth transactions
